The zoom function IN/OUT (like in Filemaker) would be nice.
Ive tried today to built a navigation bar (like in Filemaker)
I really needed the zoom function, when you use little knobs, lines, dots etc..

I agree. It would be nice. BONUS: you CAN set the “printscale” property as well as set the “printSetup” as properties on a form…
A good start as I see it.

Bob, I don’t know what you mean?
In the printsetup (preview) or printscale property ,it is not possible to edit the objects.
What I mean is, that i needed ZOOM IN/OUT in the design-mode.
Try this in designer-mode: put some little knobs or rectangels or lines on top or near of each other. Then try to move or change the size of them. It’s almost impossible!
In Servoy you can move elements with the arrow keys and you can also resize with the shift-arrow keys. Arrow keys do 1 pixel by default. Use ctrl and or alt for bigger steps.
Java doesn’t support zooming properly yet.
Apart from this, it does pay off to use the keyboard controls as much as possible.
Being a former mouse addict, I know it works much easier, faster and causes less strain.
If you are using Mac OS X on a recent Mac, you can use Quartz Extreme zooming. If you hold down Apple and alt and press 8, it is turned on, then Apple and alt and + and - will zoom you in and out as far as you would ever need to go. In the absence of fmp like zooming, it actually works very well for fiddly stuff (more degrees of zoom). Apple, alt and 8 turns it off again.
