Can a DBTreeView be filled manually and not from a table?
What I want to do is a form with a tree view that contains some options, I fill the options programatically depending on some conditions.

The DBTreeView is always database dirven. There is an alternative Tree implementation that allows you to build the entire tree in memory, see: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=13055
