Firing of onShow / onHide when changing tabs in wrong order

Hello,

I have noticed that when the user hits a tab you can event prevent from loading that tab by adding a return false of the onHide method in the form of the tab you want to leave. (oops, long sentence)

The only problem is, that the onShow method of the form behind the tab the user clicks on is fired before the onHide method of the current form is fired. That’s not logical and disturbing my flow :D

Can this be changed?

can’t reproduce it

I have a form with 2 tabs

first tab does this on onhide:

application.output(“onhide tab1”)
return false;

the second tab does this onshow:

application.output(“onshow tab2”)

And i never but never see the onshow of tab2.
