First record after find disabled

Hi,

We are currently moving from 4.1.7 to 5.1.2 and have noticed that an issue of the first record after a find being disabled after performing a find. This issue seemed to have been fixed somewhere between 4.1.3 and 4.1.7, but has reintroduced itself in 5.1.2. Has anyone else come across this issue or may have an idea of what we could be doing wrong for this to happen?
