User showed me a record that had a HTML field, where the text was 6pt. She closed Servoy and went to the exact same record and it then showed at 10pt (which is what it should be at).
The user did not touch the data in the field or reformat it in any way. I witnessed this myself.
Has anyone else seen this issue or know what the cause could be?
This is confusing because our users are trained to format the field for web display and if it does not show properly, they will be editing it for no reason.
