Fon't won't change

Messing with Servoy Developer 5.2.4 on Windows 7 under Java 1.6.0_23 - Made a simple label on a form and am trying to change the font, but it seems to not like certain fonts. For instance if click the fontType of my label and select my DIN font, it shows up in the font dialog and looks fine. When I OK the dialog, the label on my form hasn’t changed… it still looks like Tahoma. The property for the label does say the font I want… but clearly it is not.

Then if I deselect the label and reselect it, the fontType switches back to saying Tahoma. Most fonts work OK, but I’ve found several more (besides the one that I NEED) that don’t, and there seems to be no commonality between them that I can determine.

Any ideas?

can you give an example of a font that doesn’t work that is a standard font on a windows install?

No, I can’t.

Upon closer inspection, it seems the fonts that don’t work are OpenType fonts that contain Postscript outlines. All TrueType outlines work, and it looks like all of the base Windows fonts are TrueType.
