GlobalMethodConverter and calculation

when working witch Servoy 3.5.12 i want to use GlobalMethodConverter on a number field. The same field is also a stored calculation. But when i use this soltion servoy hangs. No error is given. Is there a problem with a calculation and conversion on the same field?

if you have it hanging in the developer you could try to dump the stack to see where it hangs.
