Help! cannot export sample data solution

Hi all,

I need to export my solution to my laptop to bring to Servoy world by Monday morning, but i can’t seem to do it.

I’m using the latest beta servoy release, sitting on MS SQL server. I go to repository–> export solution, check the export sample data (10000 rows) option. then click export.

When i import the solution back on my laptop, I even get the prompt (import sample data ). I would clck yes. But there is absolutely NO DATA. 0 records.

I can alwasy stell because usually, with data, my solution.servoy is usually 4,500k. But the latest solution I exported is only 823k or so.

Is there something i’m doing wrong?

Not sure if you are doing something wrong.

But if I were you I would do a normal export of your solution and a backup of mysql via mysql administrator and restore that on your laptop.

That way you are sure you have what you want can go to Servoy World and drink a beer with the rest of us and worry about the issue later :)

never mind, a simple reboot of my laptop worked. Wierd. i noticed a lot of wierd quirks in developer can be fixed by reboot. good news, but then i hope it’s not going to be a trend.

Can’t wait til the conference.

Ah, sorry. Read too fast and thought you work with mysql.

But yes, that’s what I mean. Export without sample data and use sql server manager for the data…
