Can anyone give me direction on how to create a PDF form out of a Servoy form,

Hi Jan,

What I need to know is for example, we have a PDF form called FX with the following fields:

F-name
L_name
Phone_number
State
City

How do I use Servoy PDF_Forms Plugin to add the above PDF form to Servoy.
Do I need to create a table for each PDF form that I add to Servoy?
I think I need more detail on How-to instructions for Servoy PDF_Forms Plugin.

I already watched the Servoy PDF Plugin Tutorial but that did not help.

In that case I’d recommend getting some help from a programmer that has experience with it. In your area you can consider calling The Support Group or McGilly Information systems.
