The only thing that comes close is ITBe’s Analyzer.
But I don’t think it’s ready for Servoy 4.0 yet though but does work wonders on Servoy 3.x.

Unfortunately Servoy 4 currently strips inline documentation from outside function blocks, so a doc generator (from docblock syntax) would not work. I believe this will be fixed soon?
