Morley:
Marcel Trapman has come up with the solution, detailed in http://forum.servoy.com/viewtopic.php?t=3105. Use arrays.
This is the sort of thing I’d welcome seeing in the docs.
Morley,
This information is available in the Servoy documentation.
In the printed Servoy Developer Edition Volume 2: Reference Guide:
You can find an example using arrays for the i18n.getI18NMessage
function in the “Methods: i18n” section on page 326.
In Servoy Online Help Navigator:
Make sure that you have downloaded the Servoy 2.1.1 Online Help.
Check Here for downloading Servoy 2.1.1 Online Help.
Choose Help>Help (F1) in Servoy Developer.
Select the “Index” tab.
Type in “Methods: i18n”.
Select “Methods: i18n” from the Index entries list.
Doubleclick on the Methods: i18n topic in the Topics list below.
Choose Tools>Find (CTRL-F/CMD-F)
Enter “getI18NMessage” in the “Find What” box.
Press the “Find Next” button to scroll directly to and highlight
the getI18NMessage function.
The example for the getI18NMessage includes an array - similar to
http://forum.servoy.com/viewtopic.php?t=3105
TIP1: The printed (or pdf file for) Servoy Developer Edition Volume 2: Reference Guide
contains a description and example(s) for all Servoy functions.
TIP2: When you want to find a description, syntax or example(s) in the
Servoy Online Help Navigator, for any of the Servoy functions that are
listed in the Servoy Editor Main tree, check the “Methods” sections.
For example, to find a Servoy i18n function, see the index entries (in the
printed books, pdf file or Servoy Online Help) for “Methods: i18n”.
If you don’t know which section contains the function you are searching
for, enter in the name of the function on the Index tab (Servoy Online
Help) or find the index entry for the function in the printed book. Then
look for the Methods section(s) that apply.
