We frequently importing solutions that have other db-server names into our repository (for example third party or sample solutions).
This is possible in 3.5.x by using the import function in the Developer, where a dialog appears that enables you to choose another db-server.
This function is not available in the Servoy admin page.
Can this option please be available in the Servoy 4 admin page?

Currently, you have to name the servers in servoy 4 developer the same as in the solution file or the import will fail (we have the same problem with sample solutions we receive).
An import of .servoy-files directly into servoy 4 developer (without the repository route) is on our to-do, this importer will support server-reselect similar to the v3 developer.

Hi Rob, thanks for your response. This option is not always possible for us unfortunatly. Some solutions we recieve need to be imported on other servernames

rename the server there you want to import in, then import the solution, then rename it again…
