Importing Records into Servoy/SQL Managers (OS X)

I need to import a very large data set into a Servoy solution. I’ve been told that the best way to do this is to use third-party SQL management software. I’ve tried a couple (i.e. SQL Boss), but haven’t been able to get them configured (I’m using OS X). I need a fast way to load millions of records into a Servoy table. Any suggestions?

In general it’s the best to use the tools that ship with the database.
Which back-end database are you using?

I’m going to use Firebird for now. I was under the impression that Servoy didn’t have a really fast method of importing records and that using a 3rd-party tool would be better.
