Safari on the iPhone opens the on-screen keyboard when tapping on a although has been disabled (in

). Then the keyboard disappears and the web client executes the method. Showing the as a circumvents the issue but for reasons of simplicity I’d rather use and not . Is there a solution to prevent this?

It’s labels - EVERYTHING else will give you the “keyboard” - even if it’s marked as not editable. This is a Safari Mobile issue…
