We have a strange problem with one computer running the Servoy Smartclient :
This computer had a problem with windows and has been scratched ( format disk, reinstall Windows XP)
After this we started the smartclient again and everything works fine, except for one issue :
If the user runs a (Jasper plugin) report the report is shown correctly in the Jasper viewer,
but when the user hits the print button he expects to see the list of available printers,
but nothing happens when he hits this button. ( the save button, next to the print button works fine)
He can use all his printers from within word, notepad etcetera so there is no issue.
This worked fine on his computer before and still works fine for all other users
All users run the same version of Windows Xp and the same version off java.
I have a similar problem using iReports 3.7.2 and Servoy 5.1.4. When I try to print a report donde with the last version of iReports sends an error message in blank, but with an old report it works. I’ve already copied all the libraries of the iReport to the plugin folder.

I have the same issue, blank screen, can’t find anything in log or whatsoever what is going wrong…
I had this issue with reports created in iReport 3.7.3 and subreports on it compiled with iReport 3.7.1. Currently I coudn’t check out all the issues, but when I place a subreport on my jasperreport, compiled in the same iReport version, it works.
