Maintenance Window on Servoy Support Site

Hi All,

We are doing a major upgrade to our support site (support.servoy.com) starting 19:30 GMT.

During this time, the site will be in a read-only state. Users can browse, but will not be able to create, modify or comment on support issues.

We expect to resume normal operations within 24 hours and will reply to this post when the update is finished and tested.

Yep, is already there.

Bit of short notice, I’m around a lot of the time but not really checking forum every minute of the ‘day’.
Would have been nice if I could have taken a backup of my old filters and recreate them in the new one.

The update is complete. We are still testing some things, but all users should be able to use the site as before.
One key difference is that you will need to re-enroll as an Atlassian cloud user. If you are using the same email address as before, then you will have access to all your old tickets, etc.

Please let us know if you have any issues or see anything no quite right.

Can create tickets again, but only for SVY project, not for SVYX

I assume you still want to have this separate?

Hi Marc, Thanks for your feedback. Yes, SVYX will still be separate. That project should now be enabled.
(Most people never directly put their tickets there, we usually transfer it after we read it ;-)
