Message: Can not setup server

Got this error message after installing version 2.1b4 and starting up:

java.sql.SQLExeption: JZ006:Caught IOExeption:
java.net.ConnectExeption: Connection refused

Used version 2.0 before on MacOSX.3.4

Update: same problem with 2.0 also :(
