Multi-Dev - cannot connect to one solution - others OK

Have Multi-Dev running on a Windows XP box with Version 3.5 rc6-build 511.

This morning one of the solutions (out of eight) has become unreachable with Multi-Dev. All the others can be accessed fine and the ‘problem’ solution can be accessed with Servoy Client.

However, trying to connect with Multi-Dev from remote computer triggers error messages ‘Server with name xxx is not found, but is used by calculations…’

Tried to export the solution and get message:
‘com.servoy.j2db.persistence.RepositoryException: Server xxx not found’

servoy-admin/dbservers shows the database connection settings are correct and it is enabled. Update Servoy sequences appears to work fine.

Have also tried ‘flushing’ the solution and re-started the Server.

No error messages in /servoy-admin/log.

I’ve run out of ideas so any suggestions welcomed.

it seems that your local properties don’t have a server specified that the solution needs.
So the server that is mentioned in the error you have that one in your developer? And it is working correctly?

Thanks Johan - that did it.

I was thinking that the Multi-Dev DB connection was controlled by the properties on the remote Server.

Yet another Orangesaft I owe you :)
