Need ability to set the default import options

We need the ability to set the default import options to:

  1. Separator: Comma
  2. Text qualifier: "
  3. First row contains field name
  4. Date: MM/dd/yyyy

This would greatly simplify imports for our users.

after 2.0 we will introduce scripting import/export so then you would have those choices.
