When accessing our solution for the first time from a remote location, the client download starts out with a nice progress bar showing the time left for the download (download file size of our solution is shown as 2.2MB). When the progress bar finishes going from left to right the dialog disappears. Then there is a period of about 2 minutes when nothing happens on the screen. Eventually the Servoy spinning donut appears. During the 2 minute period users sometimes think the solution has frozen because there is no visable feedback on the screen.
Users need some kind of visual feedback during the 2 minute period between the time when the download progress bar ends and the Servoy spinning logo appears.
What is Servoy doing during this 2 minute period? That time period was shorter in our prior solution. I suspect the increased delay may be related to our changing the solution to becoming a multi-company solution.
