Fresh download and install of 7.4.11 loses most of the formatting - see image.
macOS Mojave 10.14 - tried with Safari/Firefox and Chrome but same result.
Upgraded a 7.4.8 installation to 7.4.11 and that works fine. Am I missing something obvious?
