Am i just being really dumb today, but when i select a number of objects to try and align them, the only function that is not greyed out in the alignment menu is the ‘to grid’ option???
doesnt seem to matter whether i pick labels, fileds, just two or anything that is all that comes up??

I guess you’re under OS X
Take a look at the forum: there’s a lot of posts about that.
Just click the buttons: they actually work, even if greyed out.

The menus dont work but the buttons do!!!
