# of database connections

Hi,

I was looking at the nr of database connetions that Servoy uses (MS SQL Server 2005)

I see that for each database that there a 2 open connections.

Is that right? When I look at the date of last use, I see for each database 1 connection last used at time of startup Servoy AS. Maybe a connection is not closed?

Can I make the conclusion also that the # nr client access licenses for my database = 2 * # nr of databases + 1 * 3 licenses for the connection to the repository.

This is important info to make decision if license per processor is needed or license per CAL (MS SQL Server 2005)

The number of connection (licences) you need is defined by database, with the MaxActive value in your Servoy Database servers definition
