Out of memory error upon launch of Developer

A customer of ours installed Servoy Developer. When attempting to launch Developer the following error message appeared:

DIAGAPP
Run-time Error "-2147024882(8007000c)’
Out of Memory
“OK”

The customer is running a Gateway PC with Windows XP, service Pack 1, 338MB of RAM and 3.83 GB of free hard disk space. Unfortunately, after seeing the above message the blue screen of death appeared and our customer’s Satellite internet connection died and cannot be restored. The internet Satellite connection is Direcway Version 4.2.1.10_P15.

Now our customer’s internet company is unable to re-establish the internet connection and it pointing to us as the cause of the problem. Does anyone have any idea of what might have caused this to happen and how it can be fixed?
