Path to executable

Hi All,

How can I set the path to executable of Servoy Application Server in services.msc to a particular installation of servoy application server. I am having many servoy installations.I want to make this servoy Application Server Automatic and point to a particular application sever. So that the server will be started automatically.

this will give you a lot of hits, and you can pick the one that’s most appropriate for your situation/version

Thanks for your quick reply.I have gone through the wrapper in the wiki. Now I could point my Path to executable to the desired application server. But when i am starting the server from the services.msc ,it is not getting start.My service type is automatic.

I am getting the following error - “Windows couldnot start the Servoy Application Server on the local computer.For more Information , review the system event log.
If this is a non-microsoft service , contact the service vendor , and refer to service-specific error code 1.”

Hi Ashutos,

is you database running?
As you might have read in the wiki: this wrapper service doesn’t start your database.

Did you take a look into the servoy_log.txt file?
This file contains proper pointers to why the application server quit again.
