I’m working on a way to let users define SQL, store it as a report and run it and view the result on a form.
This means the column that need to be displayed always are different. The only way I can see now to do that, is display the result of the query as HTML in a field. The problems i have with this is that it’s a lot of work to get the correct layout, I miss columnwide resizing, sorting etc… Basically, all the things I like about portals…
So, the question is: would it be possible to get a portal like element, that can display any foundset/array, without having to specify the columns first?
