In a list form I want to print only the second page without displaying the printer dialog.

you can’t.
But if you share what you really want there might be other ways that lead to rome (as they say in holland)
A customer prints invoices with 4 duplicates.
Each duplicate has its coulour (green, bleu, red and yellow).
They have only 1 tray with tha different colours sorted (1 white, 1 green, 1 blue, 1 red, 1yellow, 1 white, 1 green, 1 blue, 1 red, 1yellow, 1 white…)
There are no problems with an invoice of just 1 sheet.
With more than 1 sheet we have to print 5 times page 1, 5 times page 2,…
I know that they should buy a printer with 6 trays, but the customer is king!
