Problem with subform display

Hi,

I have a problem with the interaction between form and pop up.

I have a form ( named “Form1” ). In this form there is a subform named “subform” ( thanks to TabPanels). No problem for this.

I created a pop up named “pop up”. In this “pop up” there is the same “subform” that in “form1”.

The problem is when I open “pop up” (thanks to showFormInDialog) over “Form1” : “subform” in “form1” disappear and become a grey rectangle.

Displaying the same form twice is not possible at the moment. Servoy 3.0 might have new features to solve this.

for now: duplicate the form.

yes this is on the feature list to do that you can define aliasses by a form that you can use when placing a tabpanel or showing a dialog.
But this is not a very simple thing to do so hopefully we can implement it in 3.0.

It would like to know if this feature works now?

It seem it doesn’t work on Mac Os/X and Servoy 3.1.3

this feature is implemented in the 3.5 version, so the version after 3.1
