Problems Tab showing ZERO items

I’ve been fighting with my problems tab all day. Starting new workspaces, rechecking all my code out of subversion (it’s a branch), re-merging it with trunk, correcting errors… Over and over on this solution it eventually gets in a state where the problem tab decided not even to show me the over 5000 warnings i know my solution has… Anybody seen this before? I have, but I can’t remember what it was…

Whoops… need to edit my sig – I’m talking Servoy 7.49 here and SQL 2008.

Try the following two items:

  1. Delete Problems tab, then re-create it: Window → Show View → Other → Problems

and/or

  1. Project → Clean

I hope this helps!

It worked! It worked! Not the first time, not the second time, not the third time (after quit and relaunch). But on the fourth try I ran clean THEN dropped the tab and re-added it and there they are. THANK YOU KIM!

Argh, lies, damn lies. It’s doing it again. O items on the problems tab. Servoy staffers? 7.4.9 problems coming and going? What can i do?

Hi Ellen,

try and dig through the problem tab filter settings.
There’s a lot of filtering you can do and this might for example target a wrong working set.
You’ll find these filter settings behind the drop down triangle at the top right op the pane > Configure Contents.

Hope that will help you out.

Marc that did it. Thank you! Not sure how i triggered anything different there, as I have been working in Eclipse for years and years, but yes… Something was off there.
