Pugin or Bean for playing video files.

Hi All,
I want to run a video file placed in a form of servoy.Is there any plugin or Bean available for that?.Can I get
free plugin or Bean for that.It should also posses certain functions to operate on the video(start,stop etc).

You can try the BrowserSuite, it will play .flv files in Flash.

Alternatively, on my todo list for the BrowserSuite is to integrate VLC…

Thanks for your suggestion.I have installed the browsersuite and gone through the sample solution.
It is running perfectly for the .swf files. But how to run .flv files using servoy player bean?

Well you need to point to a swf which will read these, google “flash .flv player” and you will find a few of them.

It is a plan ;)

And it works fine on Windows/Linux already! But once again, The only reason I never actually integrate it is because it has some issue on Mac OS X … surprise, surprise! But with Christopher now on Mac, thanks to all the sponsors, there is hope for this one in v1.0 release of the BrowserSuite.
