Did you have the right Java installed?
Have you tried downloading the 1.2 install-executable again?

Please Check if Java Pubic Java Runtime environment is installed.

for windows.
Start\settings\add remove programs\Java 2sdk SE v1.4.2

modify

next

select instal on Java Pubic Java Runtime environment

next

Ok

Then try to instal Servoy again
