Redmine plugin for Mylyn

For those of you using Redmine as Project Mgmt System, there’s an updated plugin that works with eclipse 3.5 (servoy 5) and eclipse 3.6(serrvoy 6)
It allows you to track /sync all your tasks from within the Servoy/Eclipse environm.

You can add this plugin with an update link in Help>Install new software

btw: if you’re getting tired of switching/searching/closing/opening object files/forms in Servoy you should check Tasktop.
It’s integrated with mylyn/eclipse and remembers the context of your task.
So whenever you switch to another task, the last opened state will reload again.
This could even include files/docs on your local disk or web pages.

Cool, thanks for the update Maarten! Will check that new connector!
I was using the Web connector to connect to ServoyForge but it is limited.

Question: when you say “you should check Tasktop”, do you mean that it is better integrated with the Servoy Solution explorer?
Because Mylyn does what you say already in Eclipse (context focused on task), no need for the paid version…

Thanks Patrick, I didn’t notice that.
In that case it might be overkill ;-)
There are some additional connectors in tasktop like google calendar/mail, and basic time reporting.
There’s trial available.
