requestfocus()

Hi all,

I downloaded the demo version of Servoy Developer last week. I noticed the command ‘elements.naam.requestFocus()’ doesn’t work in a list view, only in record view. Is this a bug, or is this meant to be this way?

PS: How can I download the updates? I see a forum here where updates are announced, but I can’t find where to download them.

Kind, regards.

No it is not a bug, it is not implemented. (yet. I hope some day! :) )

PS: How can I download the updates?

Close Servoy developer.
Search in your servoy-folder the file: servoy.properties
open it add the following line at the bottom:

wantsBetaCodeNotifies=true

Save the file, and start Servoy again. Than servoy will prompted for a new update!

You have to do this serveral times, to get to 2.0 rc9
Hope this helps

Hi Pascal, this is something that is longstanding and not yet solved :cry:

For the updates, download the latest beta and you should get a notification of a new version/beta at startup of the developer.

To also receive beta notifications you should tick the appropriate checkbox in that same update window or in the servoy.properties file.

Fixed in 2.0RC10.
it will nog work in Record/List/Tableview and also in a portal.

Thanks, this is great news…
