Resetting Servoy Client icon...

Can someone create a step-by-step list of how to replace a missing Servoy Client icon on a PC.

They continue to install without one.

I know on a Mac it’s a two step process:

Command-C
Command-V

in the Get Info dialog box… that is… if you have an icon somewhere handy to copy…

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Still curious about this unanswered post.

I seem to have a lot of trouble with Servoy icons in Citrix.

  1. Right click on shortcut - choose “Properties”

  2. Click “Change icon”

  3. Locate it in the “lib” folder

Done.

I understand that works with shortcuts.

What works with the servoy_client.jnpl file?

Don’t know where that setting is stored.

Sorry.

Information about changing Servoy client icons can be found
in the Servoy Application Server Administrator’s Guide; section
13.2, Changing client icons; page 208.

You can also search for this information in the ServoyServerManual.pdf -
located in the Servoy/docs folder.

NOTE: Due to the expanded size of the ServoyServerManual.pdf,
this file is no longer included as part of the Servoy Developer installation.

You can download the ServoyServerManual from:
http://downloads.servoy.com/downloads/S … rGuide.pdf
