SAN Meeting at ServoyWorld 2006

Hi everyone,

Jan, Brenda and I have been talking about when to hold the SAN meeting at ServoyWorld this year.

As you can tell from the SW website, the program is VERY full this year. We have added a lot of events (pre, post, luncheon discussions, awards ceremony, the RAD Race contest, and more).

But we were contemplating having the SAN meeting at one of these times:
Saturday evening
Sometime on Sunday
Monday AM
Wednesday evening
Thursday AM

Let us know what you think and then we’ll do what works out best.

Thanks! Can’t wait to see you all.

Bob (and Jan and Brenda and the whole Servoy team)

I can personally only say when I will be in Boston and hope that it could fit in with these times:

Arrive mid afternoon Mon 25th
Depart evening Thur 28th

So Mon evening, Wed evening or Thursday a.m. would be fine - although I cannot gurantee what state I would be in on Thursday a.m. after a Wed evening selection of beers and - hopefully - kangaroo steak :)

Cheers
Harry

Yeah, on second thought - Thursday morning would be BAD. :D

As long as Servoy book a translator to cope with Bob’s “European” voice Thurs morning any time after 2pm would be fine :)

I’ll be there from Sat to Thurs so any time others can make would be OK with me.

I’m arriving Sunday afternoon, leaving Thursday evening. Looking forward to meeting you all.

I would say Monday AM or sometime sunday. I would not like later. I think such a meething should be held before Servoy World and not after. Apart from that I will be leaving for a vacation on thursday :)

I would imagine that “Monday morning” would be the time slot most folks could make it. Many (as have I) have probably booked hotel for Monday check-in. It would be a small adjustment to try to get there early enough for a 10 or 11 a.m. meeting. I vote for 11 if that is possible

I would prefer Monday also! :)

We are looking for time on Monday morning - we will post the actual time and agenda soon. Probably around 10 or 11 am.

This meeting will require you to be a current SAN member and will be covered by an NDA.

Thanks!

Also - there will be NO translator for Bob’s International Voice (BIV).

a. He is on American soil
b. Nobody knows what he is saying half the time.

We WILL have a translator for all the New Englanders and Bostonians - I hear that Marcel has been studying up on those dialects.
