I am a bit irritated as I can’t find (any more) the settings for the vertical/horizontal scrollbars for the JSplitPane bean. I thought I used to set it on the form where the bean is positioned but that downs’t work (any more?). Now they ALWAYS appear in my solution (vertical and horizontal) when needed, i. e. the situation is such that they should appear, whatever I set on the form. How can I disable them?
Where can I set the scrollbars to never, when needed, … for the JSplitPane?
As far as I know the bean doesn’t have any scrollbar properties.
You simply set the scrollbar properties of the forms that you load into the splitpane (by way of a tabpanel).
That’s how I remember it. I set the scrollbars property on the form where the JSplitPane bean is located. But if I set the scrollbars property to V:n H:n they appear nevertheless!? I think that worked in previous versions. Is it a bug which is reintroduced with version 3.5.2?

Thanks a lot Robert for your efforts - very much appreciated! Very strange though, as I have updated to the same Java version, but still on Tiger .-) (have first to check some apps on Leopard, as there are changes in the whole WebObjects part, i. e. now support in the WOLips project on Eclipse)
May I send you my above mentioned menu (dbTreeView bean) to check in your environment, as I have no more ideas what the problem could be.
Best regards, Robert
PS: BTW, this project is running on PostgreSQL (v 8.2.5 with PostGIS, so your advertising of PostgreSQL as the best db has paid off .-)

Hi Robert,
I tested it again but now with a DbTreeView bean just like you in Servoy 3.5.2 and 3.5.3. It still doesn’t show a horizontal scrollbar for me.
This is on Leopard though using Java version 1.5.0_13-119
