did not find what was wrong, I had to uninstall and install again, then the update went ok.

Maybe this is related to a bug we had in updater jar; probably the first updater was coming from earlier release.

went from 5.1.2 to 5.1.4, but not 100% sure.
the installer I had was 5.1.0, so I used that to re-install, and it did all updates till 5.1.4 w/o any pb.
