Servoy Client not opening solution

I have two machines on my local network and Servoy Server installed on a remote server. On the Mac, I am able to launch Servoy Client and open the solution successfully. On my PC which is running the latest version of Java, the solution will not open. The ‘Open Solution’ window comes up correctly but then whichever solution I select, it says that it is Opening and then it freezes; the spinning Servoy logo doesn’t even appear whereas it does on the Mac. We have been able to successfully connect from another PC at another location and from two other Macs so there must be some issue on my PC but am at a loss to know what to do next. I did uninstall/remove all versions of Java and then installed the latest version and have restarted the machine several times with no improvement. Using JavaWebStart console, I am getting an error

Logging to file: Servoy_Client_Error

but no other information is available. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Can you turn logging to file on in the java webstart preferences and post the contents of that logfile?
