SERVOY installation v. 5.2

I donloaded and installed Servoy version 5.2 however when I run the Servoy Developer, I do not see the same as my coworker. The window’s title in his computer is SERVOY DESIGN. In mine it only says “RESOURCE -” His program opens with the Solution Explorer and mine with the Project Explorer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled serveral times with the same results.

I just noticed that the /File/new/other does not show the Servoy option.

Can anyone point me to a possible cause?? … and most important, to a solution.

Can you open the Servoy Design Perspective (Window → Open Perspective)?

What OS are you using?

I open the perspective but I don’t see ‘servoy design’. I have Windows XP professional with service pack 3. I would like to mention that a coworker did install the program correctly. Can there be an issue with Java??
