One question: I noticed that JasperForge released JasperReports/iReport 3.6.1 a couple of days ago. Will that also work with this release of the plugin ?

Robert,

I expect jasper reports 3.6.1 to be backward compatible with 3.6.0, just copy the jasperreports-3.6.1.jar to the plugins/servoy_jasperreports directory and update the jnlp file.

You do have to check if there is a change in the libs used (just download both jasperreports versions and check if the jars set is the same).
If not, you may need to change the jnlp-file for the libs as well.
