I got a nice new widescreen monitor for my laptop. Works great, nice resolution of 1680x1050 px. Except, servoy editor has redraw problems when placed on that monitor
When servoy editor, developer or smart client is maximized, scrolling down past the first page makes the page unreadable. I can set the screen to a max size of about 1680 x 900, any bigger (taller) and same problem.
Servoy seems to be the only software to have this problem; outlook, firefox, excel etc work fine maximised.
???
Servoy 3.1.7
Win XP
Dual core processor, 1 GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon X1600, latest drivers
Samsung SyncMaster 205 BW, driver or no driver makes no difference, connected by VGA.
We have the same problems for a while, though on the Mac side, but I never thought it has something to do with wide screen - but may be. Dialogs display only one button and no text, the editor sometimes doesn’t display anything at all etc. It is mostly handable by resizing the window, but sometimes that doesn’t work, as there is no window handle
Found no solution till today.
Best regards, Robert

That seems rather unusable. Some of us do use dual-head setups and I never heard of them having any such problems, so please file a case in our support system.
And please be sure to include the exact setup of your monitors.
If someone can mail me my pasword for the support system I will… The automated mail doesn’t seem to get through our firewall, same as with emails from the IT2BE forum
BTW I always used 2 monitors this is just a new (bigger) one.
