I recently had a weird issue: on two separate customer servers running 4.1.4 I cannot create a new user, either from web interface or from method.
When trying to create new user, in web interface, I receive the answer that the user is created, but it is NOT!
Server log reports the error: pk not unique in servoy_users!
Although I repetedly tried to update servoy sequences, I’m stuck with error…
Does anybody encounter the same issue?
The only way I can create new users is by using Sybase Central

Only on those two servers, but we got more annoying issue now, which we are currently investigating.
Since last version update on the test server(one of the two servers incriminated), we got delays when connecting (more precisely when logging in) with smart client delay is about 3-4 minutes, during the delay, database (sybase anywhere) uses one full processor, java console is blocked as for the client interface. Once delay passes, control is again given to the client without any error messages (in console, and differents log files). After that, smart client behaves normally…
Any ideas what’s happening ? We are trying to reproduce that on on one of our inhouse server, i’ll update this thread if we get more info… or maybe the solution.
