Servoy3RC1 (Minor) Developer doesn't retain window settings

Dataprovider window, Editor and other windows seem to forget the setting every time I launch Servoy Developer.

Not essential, but quite annoying…:-)

It seems to apply to all property windows, will be fixed in Servoy 3.0 rc3
