Can we have a boolean parameter to grey-out and disable the default close button on a form in dialog window similar to the resize, show toolbar and closeAllWindows parameters?

resize and toolbars can be set allready in formInDialog (see formInDialog example)
the close button, can be perfectly captured by an onHide script.
if you do this in your script: return false.
the formInDialog will stay open!
