I have a customer that complains about smart client disconnection. When he is working with another application for a while he gets a disconn msg and cannot reconnect.
How can I modify the time to get that msg?

Maybe there’s a router/firewall that is closing idle connections too quickly, try to lower the ping time in the admin pages.
