I have a main solution with many modules. I would like all of my installations to use the main solution. Some installs will use some of the modules as well. I imagine this is how most developers will use modules.
For long term maintanance of the main solution it would be better if the portion of solution settings that relates to modules is stored with the solution preferences. This way one would not have to reconfigure the solution settings for each install when the main solution is updated. Sounds like a small thing but it would be a big time saver that will become even bigger as more software is installed
