Some questions about the records

We have some doubts about the record managing, more concretely from the add/modify and delte actions. I put some examples and want if it posible some solutions or answers, thanks in advance. All the cases are when 2 or more people are working with the same record.

  1. The first user edit one record, and other delete this. When this occurs show a message that notifice the record don’t exist, is any form tho transalte?
  2. When one user edit one record and other edit the same, we have 2 different records in every user, one user with his record and other with the other one, and if refresh all the records, with the show all records button in toolbar don’t take effect, are any form to refresh automatically the foundset after edit the record? are any form to prevent this? that 2 users edit the same record?

In the CTRL+1 window, in the property appart i see an option that is record locking and i don’t know what is the fuction exactly. I think is interesting if one user edit or go to delete one record, this option block the record to the others users.

The record lock property will exactly do this. One user can start editing a record. If a other user then tries to also edit or delete it will get a message that the record is already in use by a other user.
