It es possible to access in Database Servers a database created
with SQL Anywhere Web Edition 11.01 ?
If it is possible what should I use as driver and URL.

Have you tried connecting with the driver supplied already as if it were a normal SQL Anywhere database?

You can but you will have to connect to an 11 engine. Servoy currently ships with a 10 engine but can connect to 11.
