Hi.
Yesterday as I happily coded away, I noticed that when I tried to step through a method in the debug perspective, it now is taking about 5 - 10 seconds between each step. Obviously, this will cause me to lose any sanity I have.
Anyone know why this would suddenly start happening? And how can I fix?
I restarted Servoy and also restarted my computer and it’s still the same.

Your profile says you are using version 4.7 (I guess that should be 4.1.7).
Try the latest Servoy 6 beta, developer has many improvements.

Hi Rob… thanks for the answer but we have to stick to 4.1.7 until we migrate our product to 5 or 6… so that won’t be for a few weeks at the least.
Any other ideas? I notice on each step, down in the right hand side of the eclipse window… it says “rebuilding workspace”
Maybe a clue?

You could try disabling automatic rebuild (in the Project menu).
