Support Web page not going past Email Validated

I’m trying to create a support issue and I can’t get past the “Your email has succesfully been validated.” screen. Keeps highlighting the “The fields in red marked with * are required.” fields even if they are filled in. I hit the Continue button and it just reloads the screen.
